Who this covers
This notice explains what Gig Line does with information you give it through this website. Gig Line is a handyman service operating out of Magnolia, Texas, run by Horizon Realty Developments LLC, doing business as Gig Line at 14405 Walters Rd, Suite 607, Houston, Texas 77014.
It covers this website only. It does not cover anything you send by text message or say on the phone, which is an ordinary conversation between you and the business.
What the form collects
The contact form asks for the following. Your browser also sends your IP address with the submission, the same as it does for every website you visit, and that address is passed to Cloudflare, which runs the spam check on this form.
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Your town
- Your street address, which is optional and used only to find the property
- A description of the work you need
- A photograph, which is optional
What this site does not collect
There is no analytics on this website. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no heat mapping and no tracking of any kind.
Visitors are not given a cookie. The single cookie this site can set belongs to the owner signing in to read leads, and it is never issued to a visitor.
Your location is not requested and your browsing is not followed across other websites.
The outside requests your browser makes
The typefaces on this site are served by Fontshare, run by the Indian Type Foundry. Loading a font means your browser contacts their servers, so they receive your IP address and basic request details in the same way any website you visit does. They are not sent your name, your number or anything you type into the form.
The contact page also loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which is the check that tells a real person from a bot. It runs in your browser, so Cloudflare receives your IP address when the page loads and again when you submit. It is not sent the contents of the form.
What happens to what you send
A submission is saved so the work can be quoted and carried out, and an alert is sent to the owner's phone through Telegram so it is seen quickly. Telegram therefore carries the contents of that alert, which include your name, your number, your town, your street address if you gave one, your description of the work, and the file name of a photograph if you attached one. The photograph itself is not sent to Telegram.
Four companies are involved in handling what you send. The website is hosted by Vercel, whose servers process the request in order to deliver the page and receive the form. What you send is stored in a database run by Supabase. The spam check is run by Cloudflare, which receives your IP address. The alert reaches the owner through Telegram.
That is the complete list. Your information is never sold, never rented, never traded and never given to a marketing company or a lead broker.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards so that past work can be looked up, warranty questions answered and tax records supported. Ask for yours to be deleted and it will be, unless a specific record has to be kept for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
Text or call to see what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. There is no form to fill in and no account to create. You will be asked to confirm you are the person who sent the inquiry, so that somebody else cannot request your details.
Texas residents have rights over their personal data under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Whether that Act formally binds a business this small depends on its size exemption, but the practices described above are followed regardless, because they are the right ones.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed at children and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13.
Security, stated honestly
The site is served over an encrypted connection, the leads view is behind a passcode with a signed session, and access is limited to the owner. No website can promise perfect security and this notice will not pretend otherwise.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. This version is effective 26 August 2026.
