Two distinct groups. Brick ranch homes from the seventies and eighties near the old town, where doors stick, hinges drop and the drywall above doorways opens up as a fifty year old house keeps settling. Then the newer sections south of 2920, off 249 and Northpointe, where the houses more often need mounting, blinds, assembly and hanging.
