The housing out here

Seven Coves, Corinthian Point and Point Aquarius are the established lake communities. The lots go back to the early seventies, around the time Lake Conroe filled, but the houses went up over thirty years, so a 1975 house can sit next door to one finished last year. On the older lots, additions, enclosed porches and decks are common, and they move at a different rate from the main house. There's newer gated building going up on the north side too, where the work is mounting, blinds and assembly rather than repair.

Worth knowing

Because of the drive, Willis works best as a booked half day. Save the list up. If I'm making the trip, the sensible thing is to clear everything in one visit.
