The housing out here

Newer than people expect. Most of Pinehurst went up after 2000 on ordinary subdivision lots rather than acreage, and Woodtrace and the Decker Oaks sections are a large part of the town. That side needs mounting, blinds, shelving and assembly. The older pockets run from the seventies into the eighties, and that's where the doors, trim and drywall work is.

Worth knowing

Pines drop a great deal on Pinehurst roofs, so single story gutters here fill fast after a wet spring. Two story gutters I've to turn down, and it's better to say so now than at your door.
