Largely wooded acreage lots with homes from the eighties and nineties, many of them added to over the years. That means mismatched trim, doors hung in additions that have settled differently to the original house, and a lot of drywall that has never been touched.
Worth knowing
Pines drop a great deal on Pinehurst roofs, so single story gutters here fill fast after a wet spring. Two story gutters I have to turn down, and it is better to say so now than at your door.
