Cypress is eighteen miles away, straight south on Nichols Sawmill Road down to Mueschke Road, and it's really two places. Fairfield, Coles Crossing and Blackhorse Ranch went in between the late eighties and the mid two thousands, so those houses have had time to settle. Bridgeland, Towne Lake and Miramesa are the newer end, where nothing is broken yet and the work is things that need putting up. The town center is inside the twenty mile line, but Cypress is wide. Bridgeland, Towne Lake, Coles Crossing and Miramesa all measure past it, so those four carry the $45 travel charge.

Worth knowing

Cypress is largely new build, so the work tends to be move in rather than repair. Televisions and mirrors to hang, flat pack furniture to build, and windows that still need blinds. Book a half day and get the whole house done at once. It's far cheaper than four separate first hours.
