Wooded lots on a development laid out in 1958 that has filled in slowly ever since, so the houses run from the sixties through to new builds. Lot sizes vary, smaller inside the city and larger on the acreage subdivisions around it. Custom and owner altered rather than tract built, with long perimeter fencing, plenty of gates, and outbuildings that were put up by whoever owned the place at the time.

Worth knowing

Wood fence and drive gates take a beating out here. An anti sag brace and a rehang is an hour. Do it before the post goes with it.
