Honey-do lists
Write the whole list down. All of it, including the things you think are too small to mention on their own. One service call instead of six.
What the job involves
- You write the list. Every item, even the small ones.
- I work down it in order, quickest wins first unless you tell me otherwise.
- Anything I can't do, I say so on arrival, not at the end.
- You get told what is left and what it would take, before I leave.
What is not included
- Water lines, drains, breaker panels, gas and air conditioning
- Anything on a second story ladder
- Anything I would need a permit to touch
What it costs
$140 for the first hour, then $100 an hour in 15 minute increments. Allow two to three hours for a list that has been sitting a while.
