Honey-do lists
This is the reason to save jobs up rather than call about them one at a time. You have a list. It has been on the refrigerator since spring. None of it is big enough to call anyone about. That is why none of it is done.
What the job involves
- You write the list. Every item, even the small ones.
- I work down it in order, quickest wins first unless you tell me otherwise.
- Anything I cannot do, I say so on arrival, not at the end.
- You get told what is left and what it would take, before I leave.
What is not included
- Water lines, drains, breaker panels, gas and air conditioning
- Anything on a second story ladder
- Anything I would need a permit to touch
What it costs
$140 for the first hour, then $100 an hour in 15 minute increments. Allow two to three hours for a list that has been sitting a while.
