This is home. I live here, my truck is parked here, and Magnolia jobs get the earliest slots because there is no drive attached to them. If you are inside the 1488 and 1774 corridor I can usually be there the same week.
Inside the 30 minute line, no travel charge
Magnolia is inside thirty minutes, so there is no travel charge. First hour is $140, then $100 an hour.
The housing out here
A split between acreage homes built through the nineties and two thousands, and the newer master planned sections off 1488. The older properties are where doors stick and drywall cracks as the slabs move. The newer ones are where mounting, blinds and assembly are needed.
Worth knowing
Lake Windcrest and High Meadow Ranch sit on larger lots with long fence runs, so there are more pickets and more gates to go bad than on a small town lot. If you are on a private drive off 1774, tell me in the text and I will allow for it.
