Gutter cleaning, single story
Single story only. I said in plain terms elsewhere on this site that I do not go on roofs or up a second story ladder, and that holds here. Two story gutters, I am the wrong man. Call somebody else.
What the job involves
- Debris cleared by hand into a bucket, not blown onto your beds
- Downspouts flushed and checked for the clog that is usually at the elbow
- Loose gutter spikes and hangers re-secured while I am there
- Ground level check of where the water is actually going when it leaves
- Debris bagged and left in your bin
What is not included
- Two story gutters, and anything reached from a roof
- Roof inspection or roof repair of any kind
- Gutter replacement or new gutter runs
- Gutter guard systems
What it costs
$140 for the first hour, which covers most single story homes out here. Heavy pine debris after a wet spring can push it into a second hour.
